Our coaching is a Holy Spirit–led process that helps you break free from spiritual and emotional strongholds that are keeping you in spiritual bondage. At the start of every session we simply pray and ask the Holy Spirit to show us anything that is affecting you spiritually, or anything He needs you to be aware of, or that we need to work on. We can specifically pray over any aspect of your life you'd like to focus on, but God obviously knows best and will always lead every session in the way that is the most beneficial to you

Deliverance is a core part of the Gospel and something Jesus Himself modeled throughout His ministry. Everywhere He went, He set people free from unclean spirits and spiritual bondage, showing God’s heart to restore and redeem His children. In Mark 1:27 (ESV), the people were amazed, saying, “What is this? A new teaching with authority! He commands even the unclean spirits, and they obey him.” That same authority didn’t stop with Jesus—it was given to His followers. In Luke 10:19 (ESV), He said, “Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy.” Deliverance isn’t about human power—it’s about walking in the authority of Christ through the Holy Spirit.

Jesus made it clear why He came: to bring freedom. In Luke 4:18 (ESV) He declared, “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me… He has sent me to proclaim liberty to the captives and… to set at liberty those who are oppressed.” When we minister deliverance, we’re continuing that same mission—partnering with the Holy Spirit to bring people out of darkness and into light. Jesus said in Luke 11:20 (ESV), “If it is by the finger of God that I cast out demons, then the kingdom of God has come upon you.” Deliverance is one of the clearest signs that God’s Kingdom is present and active here on earth.

Before He ascended, Jesus commissioned His believers to carry this same power and authority forward. Mark 16:17 (ESV) says, “And these signs will accompany those who believe: in my name they will cast out demons.” Deliverance isn’t a side ministry—it’s part of the Great Commission. Through the Holy Spirit, we carry on the very work of Jesus, helping people experience freedom, peace, and restoration as evidence that the Kingdom of God is alive and moving today.

• We do every session over zoom. Each session will be recorded as it is a lot of information to take in. The only people with access to the recording will be Eden, you, and whoever you decide to share the link to the recording with.
• The first initial session takes around 2 hours give or take a little. Each situation is different, and we cannot guarantee a set time. Any follow-up sessions after the initial session take anywhere between 30-60 minutes
• During the session we will both pray over you. We make it overly clear we ONLY pray and talk to God, Jesus, the Holy Spirit. It is only through Him that we can do what we do, and Phoenix does not talk to anything else He see's. All of the information He receives is directly from the Holy Spirit.
• Because of how Phoenix's gifting works, this is much different than any other deliverance. As we do not need to ever talk to or interrogate any of the spirits affecting you like they have to in most deliverances because they cannot clearly see what is going on spiritually. Because we do not even speak to the spirits, or give them a platform, it is extremely rare for our clients to experience any demonic manifestations during our deliverance sessions
• As Phoenix prays over you, the Holy Spirit will show him any spirits, demons, or entities of any kind that are attached to you, feeding off of you, draining you, spying on you, or affecting you or any other aspect of your life. Even if there is a spirit attached to an object in your house, or affecting your relationships, finances, health, etc. the Holy Spirit will reveal it to him
• Phoenix will also be able to see any curses, spells, witchcraft, or sorcery affecting you or any other aspect of your life as well
• He will also be able to see anything being passed down one of your bloodlines, down to the exact ancestor it originated from and how
• Phoenix will then talk you through each thing attached to you one-by-one so you're able to learn the exact behavior, sin, mindset, or pattern in your life each spirit or curse has been responsible for
• Then one by one, we will rebuke them in the name of Jesus Christ until there is absolutely nothing left affecting you spiritually besides God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit
• After getting rid of everything that is not from God, we will then focus on what is. We will then pray for God to reveal to Phoenix anything about yourself spiritually that He would like you to know
• As Phoenix's gifting only works by the Holy Spirit choosing to show him whatever God deems necessary, we cannot guarantee anything during this portion of the session. However usually God will reveal to Phoenix what virtues/characteristics He designed you around as well as what angels He has assigned to you in order to enhance those virtues. He usually also reveals at least one spiritual gift He has given you, as well as any anointings you may have over your life
• This is also usually when God will give Phoenix any messages He wants you to know as well
• Due to the nature of God and spiritual warfare, there are certain situations that require deviation from this outline, and we cannot guarantee that your session will perfectly follow the outline above. It is the Holy Spirit leading the session, and we can only go as He leads.
• At the end we will go into much greater detail about:
  • How to be more aware spiritually of demonic influence on a day to day basis
  • How to effectively pray to protect and defend yourself spiritually
  • What to do going forward so you're properly equipped with the knowledge of how to effectively stand in the power and authority we all have through Jesus Christ so you can be confident when you inevitably come across spiritual warfare again in your life
• After your first session, we highly recommend at least one follow-up session 4-6 weeks after the initial session, especially if mental health or addiction was the main focus of your spiritual oppression
• For follow-ups, we start with a check up deliverance and get rid of anything new that has come around or anything old that has tried to come back. We then hone in on whatever doorways you've opened up unknowingly to let these things back in, and get to the root cause of the problem.
• The main focus during follow-up sessions unless otherwise specified is identity. We will go over the 10 different aspects of identity to help you make sure every aspect of yourself is aligned with who you are in Jesus Christ

No. While therapy focuses on emotional health, deliverance addresses the spiritual root of issues. We are NOT counselors or therapists. We are simply followers of Jesus Christ that allow ourselves to be lead by the Holy Spirit to the best of our abilities. It’s not a replacement for professional counseling—but a powerful, prayerful complement grounded in God’s Word.
