We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Due to the nature of our services and the preparation involved, all sales are final. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your session. If you have any concerns, please reach out to us and we will work with you to find a solution.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session up to 48 hours before your scheduled time without penalty. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.

No Shows

If you do not show up for your scheduled session without prior notice, no refund will be issued and the session will be considered complete.
